Staying Healthy with BKR

Staying healthy and fit is not as simple as it seems! Taking time out of your day to hit the gym or trying new cleanses isn't always fun or easy (or cheap)! I find that the little things are just as important to your health as tiring workout sessions and week long diets! Swapping sweet/salty snack for low-cal ones ( boom chicka pop popcorn and kind bars are my fave) and implementing healthy eating habits into your daily diet are easy ways to live a healthier life! Staying hydrating may be the most fundamental to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. Women should be drinking about 2 liters a water per day...that's 9 cups! I started drinking more water throughout the day and have found myselfy more energetic even after a long hours. Hydration helps with clear skin, energy levels, boosts immune systems, and so much more! So with this new resolution to drink more water...I wanted to find a cute alternative to plastic bottles. I have been seeing bkr bottles all over social media...Instagram, Twitter,  blogs, you name it, but I was never sure what all the hype was about. So, of course, I knew I had to order one! I had trouble choosing just one color out of the dozens fun, bright colors to choose from but I settled for a milky white! It's so sleek, chic, and simple...I just can't get enough if it and I'm excited to gift these bottles to friends and family (and maybe for myself:) ).

If you thought it was impossible to get addicted to a water bottle...think again!
